| On Thursday January
25th, 2007 just before 08:00 United Fire Company was dispatched along
with Montrose EMS for the report of a 1 car crash on SR 706 west of
Montrose in Bridgewater Twp. United 11 (P.Sprout) quickly checked
responding to the scene and was advised by communications that they were
receiving multiple reports of a single vehicle with 1 occupant in the
car serious injuries. United Rescue 1 and Engine 2 responded with a
total of 3 personnel. United 11 arrived changing the location to
Jessup Twp., finding 1 car off the road into a telephone pole with the
occupant out of the car and established command with communications.

The Engine and Rescue set up
traffic control and EMS attended to the patient. Command requested that
Commonwealth Telephone be notified that the car had broken one of their
poles. Crews remained on scene while PSP did the investigation and the
tow service did the investigation. One person was transported to the
hospital by Montrose EMS unknown extent of injuries.
