On Sunday January 20th, 2008 Just before 08:00 hours crews were busy at the station with the monthly breakfast when we received a call at the station for a 2 car head on crash on Coleman Rd Bridgewater Twp. while the engine and rescue prepared to respond the station notified communications of the incident. The rescue and engine responded with a total of 8 members. The Rescue arrived on scene to find 2 cars in the middle of the road with a total of 4 occupants negative entrapment and minor injuries. United 13 (C.E. Daly) established the Coleman rd command. The crews secured the vehicles and assisted with patient care. Crews closed the road until the the state police did the investigation and the Tow service removed the vehicles. Thanks to the crews that remained and responded to the station to keep the fundraiser operating.
