On Wednesday May 21st, 2008 just after 16:00 United Fire Company was dispatched to assist Rush for the report of a barn fire in Rush Twp. United Tanker 4 responded with a crew of 2 shortly after dispatch. When the tanker arrived they assisted with water shuttle operations. The tanker remained on scene until 22:30 before being released by command The barn was a total loss. There were no injuries reported
