Around 03:00 on Saturday September 19th, 2009 United rescue was alerted
to Assist New Milford fire with a 1 vehicle roll over SR 706 near Wagner
Rd. in New Milford twp. United rescue responded with additional members
going to the scene. United 19 was first to arrive reporting a vehicle
that had struck a utility pole rolled over off the road with the sole
occupant out of the vehicle with no apparent injuries. New Milford
Engine arrived with limited staffing an requested that the rescue
continue for additional crew. The rescue arrived and assisted with
setting up traffic control and handling hazards. he rescue was released
a short time later leaving a couple of members on scene to assist New
Milford.
