Around 02:30 hours on the morning of Sunday March 21st, 2010 United fire
was alerted for a tower assist to Elk Lake fire for a structure fire on
Fannon Maldune Rd. Elk Lake 15 was first to arrive with a 1 story single
family dwelling fully involved with a vehicle in the drive way. United
Tower responded with a crew of 5. command also had United Engine 6
respond to stand by at Elk Lake station. The tower arrived and was
staged at the bottom of the road while crew were establishing water
supply. The Tower was released a short time later. The engine remained
on stand-by until about 06:00
