Around 10:00 on Monday May 10th, 2010 United fire was alerted for an LZ
in the Dimock area for a traumatic injury at a gas well site. as crews
were assembling they were advised that the victim was still on the rig
and E.M.S. were requesting the rescue and the Tower. United rescue and
tower responded. while responding were advised that the victim was
removed from the rig and that E.M.S. was transporting to the hospital
requesting that the fire department set up the landing zone at the high
school. The Rescue and the tower responded to the LZ. Crews eventually
assisted with loading the patient into the aircraft. All units were back
in service by 11:30
