At 07:45 on Tuesday September 28th, 2010 United fire was alerted for a
structure fire in an apartment building on SR 706 in Fairdale.
Communications reporting smell of electrical burning inside the
building. United 15 (M. Rosin) was first to arrive with nothing evident
from the exterior. The tower arrived and the crew controlled the
electrical to the apartment and searched for the cause. it was fund that
a mouse had chewed through a wire going through a wall. Crews opened up
the area and found no extension. All unites returned to service with out
further incident.
