Around 12:45 on Saturday January 1st, 2011 United fire was alerted for a
LZ at the high school with Guthrie Air coming in with a 11 minute eta.
United Engine 2 responded with a crew of 5. The Engine arrived and
established the LZ with the helicopter already in sight. The Crew stood
By wile the flight crew had gone to the hospital to get the patient. The
united crew assisted with loading the patient into the helicopter and
returned to service just before 14:00.
