Several members of United fire company along with members for Hallstead,
Great Bend, Elk Lake, Thompson, New Milford, and Clifford finished a 16
hour firefighter survival class. The class was sponsored by the
Susquehanna County Fireman's Association and held at the United fire
station. The class taught us how to react and self extricate should a
firefighter become trapped or disoriented in a fire. The class was very
informative and the members came away with a lot of new information. we
would like to Thank the instructors for a very good class.
