Fire Prevention 

On Wednesday October 10th and 11th Groups from Angel Beginnings day care came to the fire house to learn about fire prevention. Firefighters Andrew Vaccaro and Ryan Tator taught the kids what to do in case of a fire and EMT Michelle Birchard brought an an ambulance from Montrose EMS to teach the kids to be more comfortable with the ambulances. On Friday October 20th, 2006 The United Fire Company made a trip to visit the children at the the Treasure House Day Care. Members went over fire prevention with the kids and then took them outside for a tour of Safety Officer Doug Lotten's antique fire engine.
